Fish O' Mania runner-up looks to go one better
Tommy's been enjoying a good run of form recently with a number of match successes. He's still plugging away at gaining entry to the Fish'o'mania final, and just missed out with a 4th position place.
"A bit more luck and I'd have qualified, but it's given me the drive to keep going because I really want to be a part of the final again this year," he smiles. "I've also been enjoying the filming of the new Absolute Match Fishing series we're doing for Sky Sports. I'm presenting the programme so it's a really exciting project for me.
"The first day at the Stainforth Canal with Lee Kerry worked out really well and we were catching bream all day long for the cameras. I then moved onto Lindholme with my daughter, Emma. That was a fantastic day and the family aspect and competition provided some good material for the filming.
"The series will air this summer and trust me, you'll not want to miss it. It's going to be great!"
