How many times have you been fishing when suddenly the wind whips up and presenting that finely dotted light carp rig in the far bank grass on a commercial becomes mission impossible?

The pole starts bouncing about and presentation becomes impossible. That’s when the Pole Support comes into its own.

I have also used mine on powerful rivers when fishing at World Championships level, and on matches on deep UK waterways such as the Gloucester Canal. On the Gloucester, the canal can suddenly start to tow. You adjust your pole rig, laying a few extra inches of line on the bottom but to no avail.
